Mike is a principal in KPMG LLP’s (KPMG) Management Consulting practice focused on performance improvement and technology transformation services. He has been the primary project lead for multiple projects, including business strategy, process engineering, project management, merger integration, technology selection, and implementation/optimization and governance reviews during his tenure with KPMG. His clients include industry-leading healthcare organizations in the payer, provider, and healthcare technology segments.
His extensive experience working with large healthcare organizations to plan and implement key initiatives has allowed them adapt to evolving regulations and industry demands. Many of those projects have been focused on EHR implementations across multiple platforms and campuses, accommodating for Meaningful Use requirements, and designing for ICD-10 compliance.
