As a Managing Director she manages client and project work and she leads the business and practice development for our Government Healthcare Transformation service offering.
She currently manages a team of +/- 90 KPMG consultants from the Canada and the US as well as subcontractors working on a large Delivery System Reform Incentive Payment (DSRIP) Program. Current duties include overall project management, client relationship management, and subject matter professional input to value-based payment reform designs, healthcare data & analytics, and funds flow model designs. Her portfolio of work encompasses approximately $USD 10 million in annual consultancy fees, primarily for East Coast clients in the USA.
She is responsible for hiring in the Government Healthcare Transformation practice, and global chief operating officer for KPMG's value-based payment proposition. She is also a member of the KPMG Management Consulting Management Council, providing direct support and assistance to the KPMG US Management Consulting leadership.
