Semiannual IPO and M&A Outlook Webcast

Webcast overview:

Public offerings in 2019 gave us some very mixed results. However, there continued to be a significant push towards exits right to the end of 2019—a trend continuing into the early part of 2020. With a U.S. presidential election looming in November 2020, it is expected that companies will either move to exit within Q1 or Q2’20 or hold back until after the election. This could obviously be impacted by recent political and global conflicts.

Join KPMG’s Venture Capital Practice for our Semiannual IPO and M&A Outlook Webcast where professionals from KPMG and Goldman Sachs will examine the activity and trends that shaped the IPO and M&A landscape in 2019, and share their insights on what’s in store for 2020.

Why attend? To gain fresh perspectives on:

  • The state of the IPO and M&A market and outlook for 2020
  • U.S. venture capital activity in 2019 and anticipated trends for the new year

This Webcast will last approximately 60 minutes. One CPE credit is available to U.S. participants who meet the eligibility requirements. After registering, you will receive details on how to log in to the Webcast or dial in for audio-only participation.
