To profile the current state of intelligent automation and blockchain exploration and adoption in state health and human services agencies, KPMG collaborated with the Governing Institute to conduct a national survey of 189 government executives and hold discussion sessions and interviews with HHS officials in various states.
The result is a snapshot of where departments stand in their exploration of these technologies, practical use cases within HHS programs, and possible benefits and barriers government organizations may encounter during pilots and implementations.
