The Families First Coronovirus Response Act, signed into law on March 18, 2020, temporarily increases the Federal Medicaid Assistance Percentage (FMPA) for each qualifying state and territory by 6.2 percentage points.
All states and territories are eligible for the increased FMAP if they meet the requirements in subsections (b) and (c) of section 6008 of the Families First Coronavirus Response Act.
