The Climate-Related Financial Risk Executive Order directs the federal government to develop a strategy to quantify, disclose and mitigate the financial risk of climate change on programs, assets, and liabilities held by both public and private entities. It aims at advancing "consistent, clear intelligible, comparable, and accurate disclosure of climate-related financial risk."
