Is it enough?

While Congress continues to deliberate a partial repeal and replace of the Affordable Care Act (ACA), the Department of Health & Human Services (HHS) took its own action in an attempt to stabilize the individual insurance market.  On February 15, the HHS released a proposed rule to reduce market burdens on plans and provide continued coverage to millions of Americans in the 2018 plan year and beyond.
