Pending regulations such as General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) will only increase the focus on data privacy. Further, the final phase of the Drug Supply Chain Security Act (DSCSA) mandates interoperable exchange of serialized product data across all supply chain participants by 2023. We believe that Blockchain could be a key to interoperability and privacy.
