Meghan N. Chapin

I am a management consultant with a passion for supporting State and Local Governments optimize the delivery of their health and human services programs. To this end, I have worked extensively with the States of Rhode Island, and New York namely supporting their Integrated Eligibility Systems for HHS Program Delivery, Child Welfare, Medicaid, and other public benefit programs. I currently serve within KPMG’s State and Local Government Advisory Practice. Additionally, I have a strong public service background, holding a Master of Public Administration degree with dual concentrations in government and non-profit management.

Throughout my career with KPMG, I have developed a passion for assessing Information Technology's effect on business processes and value delivery for my clients. I have gained exposure to State Based Marketplaces operating under the Affordable Care Act, state-wide Integrated Eligibility systems for health and human services programs, and State HR systems. I have been able to support my clients in many areas of the System Development Life Cycle, such as, User Acceptance Testing, enterprise-wide gap analyses, design, and functional requirements gathering efforts.
