Hillary is a partner in the KPMG Deal Advisory practice with a focus on technical accounting, capital market transactions, and merger and acquisition support. With an emphasis on the healthcare and life sciences industry, she provides advice on a variety of issues such as business combinations, revenue recognition, collaboration agreements, leasing, consolidation and IFRS.
Hillary has served a range of clients in the healthcare and life science including healthcare providers, biopharma, medical devices, life science tools, clinical research organizations, ACOs, revenue cycle management, and other HC technology. She has extensive experience with the issues healthcare and life sciences companies face and brings pragmatic solutions to her clients.
