Eric Laychock is a Managing Director in the KPMG Federal Advisory Practice, where he serves as one of the leads for the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) account, as well as practice lead for Digital HR. Since 2010, Eric has supported HHS with highly visible, complex initiatives, including the implementation of the Affordable Care Act (ACA), deployment of multiple financial systems, and implementation of several Department-wide HR systems. His support also spanned financial management, audit support, and advanced analytics to identify fraud, waste, and abuse. As the Digital HR lead for the Federal Practice, Eric supports clients in modernizing HR systems, processes, and functions with the goal of reducing technical debt, automating workflow, and applying technology to enable transformation.
